Ready-to-Wear Exchanges
Unused ready-to-wear shoes in original condition, with original packaging and no signs of wear, can be submitted for exchange. The exchange period, conditions and any courier charges are confirmed when your order is processed.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched or, for custom pairs, before production begins. Contact us as early as possible on WhatsApp.
Custom-Made Orders
Custom pairs are prepared to your specific design and measurements, so they are treated differently from ready-to-wear items. Any fitting concerns are discussed directly with us.
